This version of ResOrg is released as FREEWARE for commercial or non-commercial use, but it may not be sold or included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of this software. ResOrg may be distributed freely over the Internet, so long as the files remain unmodified. ResOrg may not be included on CD-ROMs without prior permission from the author.

You may freely to use the ResOrg source code in your own products, provided that any notices and credits in the code are not removed or modified. All we ask is that you send us an email to tell us that you are doing so, and send any changes to us so that your work can benefit others.

We will not accept any responsibility for any damage caused by its use (though please inform us of any such occurrence, and we'll do our best to prevent it happening again). Full support for both Visual Studio 2008 and Visual Studio 2010 will be included in the forthcoming ResOrg 2.0 release. Please contact us if you are interested in acting as a beta tester for this version.
