Please note that the licence agreement which follows relates to the current version of the software. The licence agreement for previous versions may differ, so if in doubt please refer to the licence agreement supplied with your installation. If you have any queries regarding our licencing terms, please contact us.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by an authorized representative of Riverblade Limited, your use of this software indicates your full acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Riverblade Limited, as Licencer, grants to you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive license to use this software program (hereinafter the "software") in accordance with the terms contained in this license.

After the first installation of ResOrg you have a 30 day period in which to evaluate the software. Once this period elapses you must purchase a licence to continue using it.

Note that ResOrg is licenced on a per user, rather than a per machine basis.

Copyright

All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE, including but not limited to any images, texts, and sounds incorporated into the SOFTWARE, are owned by Riverblade Limited.

Redistribution

You may freely distribute the installion program for this software, provided that:

1. You only distribute the original Install program of the software.
2. You DO NOT charge, or ask for donations, for this.
3. You DO NOT distribute it with any other product, commercial or not, without prior written permission from Riverblade Limited.
4. You DO NOT distribute a licence key with the software unless authorised to do so by Riverblade Limited.

THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
