If you wish to purchase software licences for any of our products you can do so in several ways:
Via the Riverblade online store. This is the purchasing method we recommend for most customers, since it offers the most flexibility and ensures that you will receive licence keys almost immediately.
Our online store supports all local currencies and accepts purchase orders directly, so you do not need to use a credit card to order via this method.
Via a reseller. Please visit the Resellers page on our website for more information on our resellers.
Directly, via purchase order. This is the traditional approach, and we can of course accept orders in this way.
We recommend this method be used only for orders of 10 licences or more, since for orders below this size we will have to add a small order surcharge to the cost of the invoice in order to cover the administration involved in processing the order.
When we receive a direct purchase order we will issue a corresponding invoice and a set of temporary licence keys. These will be followed by permanent licence keys once the invoice has been paid. Note that payment of such invoices must be remitted via BACS or equivalent wire transfer.
To make things run smoothly, before issuing such a purchase order we recommend that you first contact us and request a quotation.
The vast majority of our customers choose electronic delivery of licence keys.
We can however also offer physical delivery of software and licence keys where appropriate, at additional cost. For details see our online store or contact us directly.
